Terms of Use

Last updated 25 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and [DivineSide legal entity name] ("DivineSide", "we"), [registered address], for your use of Alexandria. By creating an account you accept them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Alexandria is an AI study partner for competitive exam preparation. It includes DS AI chat, notes, mind maps, revision cards, mock tests, the Library of Alexandria reading list and progress tracking. Alexandria is free while we launch. We may introduce paid plans later; we will tell you before anything you use starts to cost money.

2. Your account

3. AI answers can be wrong

DS AI and the material it generates (answers, notes, mind maps, cards, mock questions) are produced by AI models. They can be incomplete, out of date or simply wrong. Alexandria is a study aid, not an official source. Always check important facts against standard books, official notifications and the exam body. Alexandria is not affiliated with UPSC, SSC or any government body, and using it does not guarantee any result.

4. Acceptable use

Do not:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

Your questions, notes and uploads remain yours. You give us permission to store and process them, including sending them to our AI providers, only to run Alexandria for you. We do not publish your content.

6. Our content

The app, its design, the Alexandria name and the DivineSide mark belong to DivineSide. The Library of Alexandria lists books by their authors and publishers; those books belong to their rights holders, and listing them does not mean we distribute them.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Alexandria running, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable. We may change, add or remove features. If a change to these terms matters, we will tell you before it takes effect.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, DivineSide is not liable for indirect losses, or for decisions you make based on AI-generated material. While the service is free, our total liability to you is limited to [amount, e.g. INR 1,000].

9. Ending

You can stop using Alexandria and delete your account at any time. We may end the service with reasonable notice.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of [city]. Contact us first at [support email]; most things can be sorted out quickly.
